How does the referral program work?
For referrers: For every new customer you refer who starts a subscription, you get a 5% discount on your subscription. That means you can earn up to a 100% discount and enjoy completely free subscription deliveries!
For the referred: As a first-time buyer, you get a 50% discount on the first delivery in your subscription. After that, you receive a 5% discount on your subscription ongoing.

The subscription has a minimum monthly amount of 500 SEK for dogs, and 250 SEK for cats. If you have both dog and cat products in your subscription, the minimum is 500 SEK.
The subscription is not paused or terminated.
I want to refer someone, how do I start?
It's easy to get started and refer! To refer your first friend, follow these steps:
Log in to your Petgood account.
Go to the Referral tab.
At the top of the page, your referral link is displayed. If you want something more personal, you can change it to whatever you like by clicking Edit - perhaps to your pet's name instead?
Now you're ready to start referring! Create a link and share it with your friends however you want - in a text message, email, or on social media. You can also give the referral link verbally or in writing to your friend.

When your friend registers your referral link and starts their subscription, both of you get a 5% discount on your subscriptions.
I've been referred by a friend, what do I do?
How great that you have a pawsome friend who has recommended Petgood to you! If you've received a referral link from a friend, here's what you do:
Follow the link you received from your friend, and you'll be taken directly to the registration page with the referrer's information filled in. You can also go to the Referral tab in the menu. Click on "I have a referral link" and fill in the information you received from your referrer.
Enter your details and click Register now.
It's a match! You and your referrer are now linked.
Now it's time to start your subscription, and as a new customer, you get a 50% discount on the entire first delivery when you complete our feeding plan. There, you'll get a tailored recommendation on the amount of food and suitable products for your dog or cat. A unique discount code will be sent to your email once you've filled out the feeding plan.
Enter the discount code at checkout, and your subscription is underway - DONE! The first delivery will be sent immediately.

Who can I refer?
You can refer anyone who doesn't already have a subscription at Petgood.
How much discount can I get as a referrer?
You can get up to a 100% discount on your subscription, up to the maximum cap of 2000 SEK per month.
When do I as a referrer get my discount?
The discount is applied to your active subscription within 24 hours of a successful referral. You can see the status of your referrals and which ones give you a discount inside your account.
Does the person I refer need to register my referral link before making their purchase?
Yes. The referral link connects you with the person you're referring.
Questions about being referred
Can I be referred if I've already made a purchase at Petgood?
Anyone who doesn't have a subscription at Petgood can be referred as new subscribers. Therefore, you can be referred if you've previously made a single purchase, but not if you already have or have had a subscription.
When do I, as the one being referred, get a discount?
As someone who's been referred, you get a 50% discount on the first delivery in your subscription when you complete our feeding plan. After that, you always get a 5% discount on your deliveries, as long as your referrer has an active subscription.

First, check with your friend who gave you the link that you're entering it correctly following the steps in "I've been referred by a friend, what do I do?". The referral link should not be used as a discount code at checkout.
